I just got back from visiting my sister in Denver. Whoo! That was a busy trip. My parents were down there. My dad stayed for 5 days, and then my mom and I were there for about 8. We went to the zoo, soccer games, soccer practice, dance rehearsal and recital and lesson, out for ice cream, swimming lessons, swimming just for fun, shopping, more shopping, and more shopping, out to dinner, and out for hot chocolate one day because it snowed. Our nieces, Macy (8) and Kelsey (6), are so much fun at this age. I really enjoy their sense of humor and personalities. A lot of funny things come out of their mouths. I wish I would have had a tape recorder. Anyway, it was a blast! I learned to make homemade bread and cinnamon rolls also, and we just did all sorts of things. We always just barely have enough time in the week to get everything done that we plan. I love hanging out with my family----it was a wonderful week!
